Intro
Being heart-centered is a term that keeps coming up in my life ever since my conversation with Mark Grayson. We met many years ago and have remained in touch through our various men’s circles and projects, but having the chance to reconnect and discuss manhood, fatherhood, being heart-centered and relational, and so many more topics was a breath of fresh air!
Like many of my conversations, Mark and I covered a lot of topics from leading heart-centered lives, working through multiple careers, and building relationships across a diverse network of people who have crossed our paths.
Currently, Mark has been investing his time into two projects: Trinity Spiritual Center and the Naked Man Collective.
